Tobias Grün is a member of the executive board of the BRYCK Startup Alliance and the innovation manager and orchestrator behind one of Germany’s most ambitious startup ecosystems.
His mission: supporting startups, industry and investors to work together more effectively. His focus: creating the structures and partnerships that align stakeholders around shared opportunities, reduce uncertainty and enable meaningful collaboration
Tobias understands all three sides of the game: the ambition of founders, the investment logic of capital providers, and the transformation realities of established organizations.
